Management Team

Shoshana Krupp, Managing Partner

Shoshana Krupp brings her experience as a teacher and community leader to her role as Managing Partner of Elite HomeCare Services. From her experience as a caregiver for her ailing grandfather, Shoshana developed a strong desire to assist seniors as they age with remaining independent in their own home or the home of their loved ones.

Prior to starting Elite HomeCare Services, Shoshana spent 12 years as an Honors Humanities teacher at Beth Tfiloh Community School in Baltimore, Maryland. As an educator, Shoshana saw many families struggle with raising young children while caring for their aging parents, and recognized the need for an elite home care agency to assist these families. As a result, Shoshana and her family created Elite HomeCare Services to help these families provide care for their aging loved ones.

Shoshana understands the importance of family and the community. While raising four children of her own, Shoshana is active on the Executive Board of the Talmudical Academy’s PTA board, and cooks and volunteers for the Bikur Cholim charity which helps individuals and families in the Baltimore Jewish Community. In addition, she is currently serving on the board of the Levindale Auxiliary acting as Vice President of Special Projects, which affords her and her family the opportunity interact with and provide activities and projects for the elderly residents.

In the past, he has served as the CFO for Advanced Medical Concepts, a durable medical and custom mobility provider. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Ari played a key role in helping create efficiencies within operational systems and procedures, in marketing and developing new lines of business, and in implementing new software systems.

Ari has a strong dedication to his family and his community. While helping raise his four children, Ari is actively involved in a number of groups and organizations. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Talmudical Academy, a private school servicing more than 900 children. He is also an executive board member of Bikur Cholim charity which assists individuals and families in the Baltimore Jewish Community, and is a founding board member of SHEMESH, a community-wide program providing educational support for Jewish children with learning differences that allows them to reach their full intellectual, academic, emotional and social potential. Evelyn Dawson, Lead Scheduler

With more than 15 years in health care, I’ve seen how care is more than just  medicine.  From operating an assistant living with my mom to caring for my late grandparents, my passion has always been caring  for people on a level that medicine can’t reach. As my grandparents were slowing down, I’d drive over 1000 miles to be with them just in case they needed anything.  See their smiles and laughter elated my heart. Being there elevated my life.  I knew then that true care goes beyond medication.  True care is Elite Home Care Services.
